FatCoupons.com End User License Agreement – Simplified Terms
By clicking “I Agree” or selecting “Add to Chrome,” you confirm that you understand and accept the terms outlined here. Your acceptance forms a legal agreement between you (the user) and FatCoupons, LLC.
What This Agreement Covers
This agreement explains how you can access and use the FatCoupons Extension—a browser tool you download via the FatCoupons Download Landing Page. This page becomes available after you fill out the required FatCoupons Registration Form.
What You’re Getting
Once you agree:- You get access to the FatCoupons Extension for personal use on one device only.
- You’re allowed to save one backup copy.
- You can’t change or share the extension, or use it to make a similar product.
- Privacy Comes First: Your personal data from the registration form is safe. We use it only for service-related communication or billing, never shared with third parties.
- We’ll ensure you can download and install the extension once you’ve agreed to these terms.
- You must give accurate details when registering.
- You acknowledge that “FatCoupons” and all related materials are our intellectual property.
- This license is non-exclusive and for your personal use only.
- The license stays valid until you delete the extension or we end the agreement.
- You may stop using the tool at any time. However, no refunds apply, even if the license ends early.
What You’re Not Allowed To Do
You must not:
- Rent or lease the extension.
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create your own version of it.
- Share it with others or upload it elsewhere.
- Use it for anything illegal or to build a competing product.
Ownership and Copyright
We fully own all rights to the FatCoupons Extension. You can only copy it as permitted above. Any other reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Legal Jurisdiction
- This agreement follows the laws of New Mexico, USA.
- Any disputes must be settled through arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
Dispute Resolution
- Disagreements will be handled by a single arbitrator, chosen together or through the American Arbitration Association.
- The arbitrator’s decisions are final.
- The winning side gets their legal fees and costs covered.
- You can’t bring class action lawsuits under this agreement.
You Agree to Protect Us (Indemnification)
If someone files a claim or dispute related to your use of the extension, you agree to defend and protect FatCoupons from legal and financial responsibility.
No Guarantees (Disclaimer of Warranties)
We provide the extension as-is. This means:
- We don’t guarantee it will work perfectly on your system.
- We don’t promise it’s free from errors.
- Any risks from using it are your responsibility
Limited Liability
We’re not responsible for:
- Loss of profits or business.
- Service interruptions.
- Any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is capped at $100.
Some areas don’t allow such limits, so local laws may apply to you.
Export Laws
You agree not to export the extension or use it in ways that violate U.S. export laws. If you break those laws, you’re responsible, not us.
We Can Update This Agreement
We may update these terms whenever necessary. If we do, we’ll post the new version on our site. By continuing to use the extension, you’re agreeing to the updated terms. If you disagree, just stop using and delete the extension.
Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We’re not liable for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as:
- Natural disasters
- War, riots, or civil unrest
- Strikes or legal restrictions
- Weather issues or internet outages
Final Agreement
This document is the full agreement between you and FatCoupons. No verbal or earlier written statements will apply. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
You Understand and Agree
By accepting, both you and FatCoupons confirm that:
- You’ve read and understood these terms.
- You’re legally allowed to enter this agreement.
- You’re agreeing willingly and knowingly.
